For converting grade plain & Metallized BOPP  both Films are available in heatsealable & are available in 18 mic, 25 mic or on customer specific requirements. Final application could be many possible food products like namkeens, chips, biscuits & snack food

For print-Lam market plain & metallized BOPP  both Films are available in non heatsealable & are available in 8 mic, 9 mic & 10 mic. Final application is for disposables, paper plates & sweet boxes & other decorative items.

We offer high quality pearlized BOPP films for many applications with excellent aesthatic looks & excellent opacity with high mileage.

Those are available in heatsealable grade & are available in 25 mic & 30 mic, 35 mic & 38 mic

We offer high quality pearlized BOPP films for many applications with excellent aesthatic looks & excellent opacity with high mileage.

Those are available in non heatsealable grade & are available in 15 mic & 17 mic. Major application is bottom of Sweet boxes. 

USP of our 15 & 17 mic pearl film are that those cover board completely due to excellent opacity & our pearl film provides highest possible mileage which others can not supply.

We metallize the films by Zinc Sulphide so as to manufacture HRI Film (High Refractive Index Film).

Holography has given a new dimension to product packaging and security. With the rapidly growing problem of counterfeiting and tampering, it has become important to have safety measures, which could stop duplication. The need to provide security to documents without hiding the text beneath has led to the development of these films. The HRI coating enhances reflection while maintaining transparency. They are mainly used for making high-end security holograms.

 Our Matte Finish BOPP provides excellent Matte effects & are available in heat sealable & non heatsealable both. Those are available in different thickness from 12 micron , 15 micron , 18 micron or may be available upon specific requirement.

Main application could be food item like biscuit.

Our Metallized white pearl heatsealable BOPP film are with increased barrier properties for printing and laminations for production of flexible packaging for products with long shelf life. 

Main Properties of this film are÷

• Metallized side with high adhesion to the film;

• low threshold for heat welding, increased barrier properties and stable coefficient of friction;

• contains mineral fillers as calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide;

 • good protection from UV and sunlight;

• intended for contact with food;

• pearl side (UT) easily takes an activation, at 200 m/min corona power 4 KW is enough for proper printing or lamination;

• without coating or primer.

Main Applications are as follows:

* High quality rotogravure and flexographic solvent based printing;

* for both side printing or in center of triplex lamination;

* for lamination with solvent based or solventless polyurethane adhesives;

* production of flexible packaging with frame cold glue;

* manufacture of flexible packaging for products with high shelf life;

* manufacture of lid for trays with food, typically in center of triplex;

* production of flexible packaging for the bouillon cubes.
